The FutureKit este primul program interactiv și integrat de coaching și mentorat vocațional, dedicat tinerilor din România. Prin învățare experiențială și interactivitate, vom conecta pasiunile tinerilor cu vocațiile viitorului, antrenându-i totodată pentru un viitor incert și volatil. Vom contribui astfel la conturarea unei comunități de tineri cu (meta)competențe relevante, orientați către (re)soluții pentru domeniile de interes și conectați la realitatea pieței forței de muncă, pentru o ocupare sustenabilă și de calitate.

The FutureKit is a social & co-creative initiative, which consists of 3 phases – discovery of self & potential fitting vocations, practising by experimenting jobs & skills as well as matching one’s professional profile for meaningful mentorship-networking.
We aim to intertwine the workforce requirements of today and tomorrow with quality interactive education, with the benefit of better skilled youngsters.
